This is the best cough and cold remedy - ever.

I will never bother buying any cough syrups again - they just aren't a patch on the pure goodness of this fantastic Honey, Lemon & Coconut Oil Homemade Cough & Cold Remedy.

Once you try this remedy, you'll never go back. I keep mine in a sterilised jar in the fridge for up to a week. If one member of the family has a touch of a sniffle - everyone has a dessert spoon of it. Not only does it sooth the symptoms of a cold and tastes divine - this remedy helps ward off those pesky germs too.

All the ingredients really work hard together to keep you feeling better. Honey has powerful anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties. Honey is also known for it's soothing abilities when it comes to calming a cough. Lemon is packed full of Vitamin C to keep you topped up and help support your natural defences. The coconut oil is the powerful secret to this being the best cough and cold remedy. Coconut oil contains large amounts of lauric acid - which kills bacteria, viruses and fungi and helps you ward off infections.

This is really a super-charged remedy. And what's even better is - it tastes great. My kids love it. You can also give it more frequently than a shop bought medicine and you don't have the resistance when it comes to taking it - which is always a bonus.

I have some tiny espresso cups that I serve a couple of dessert spoons of the remedy in. My 20 month-old likes to have it like this because he feels like a big boy!

Also feel free to add two dessert spoons to a mug of hot water for a soothing hot drink.
